How to use:
- Press the button to fold or unfold
- For Coarse Grinding, place the knife in the coarse grinding groove and move the knife back and forth 3 to 5 times (if your knife is not too dull, you can skip coarse grinding)
- For Fine Grinding, place the knife in a fine groove and move the knife back and forth 3 to 5 times
- Rinse with water, wipe with a cloth, air dry, store in a cool, dry place until next use.
