What size dog is it for?
It's designed for small dogs and cats up to 8 kg each — chihuahuas, dachshunds, French bulldogs, small beagles, schnauzers, and similar. For large dogs or those who pull hard, it's not the right option.
Do the cords really not tangle?
The 360° swivel system rotates with the dogs' movement, so the cords stay separate even when they switch sides. That's the big difference compared to using two regular leashes.
Can I use it with just one dog?
Yes. You can attach only one cord and use it as a single leash. It's just as practical, with the flashlight and bags included.
Does the flashlight take batteries?
It works with one AAA battery, which is not included in the package. You can find it in any supermarket, and it lasts a long time with normal use.
How long does delivery take?
We ship throughout mainland Portugal and the islands. You'll receive the tracking code by email as soon as the order ships and can follow everything in real-time.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days to return it. If it's not for you, just contact us and we'll handle it without complications.
Is it rainproof?
It handles walks in the rain well. We just recommend drying the cord afterward so the braking mechanism stays smooth for longer.
