Yes. The solar panel charges with the light coming through the glass. On cloudy days or if the car is in the garage, use the included USB-C cable.
Do I have to turn it on and off every time?
No. After turning it on for the first time, the vibration sensor takes care of the rest: it goes into standby when you drive and activates when the car is stopped.
Does it make noise?
